As a carpenter on our team, you will:

• Heavily collaborate with other members of our team including our Project Manager / Lead Carpenter

• Primarily be working on our job sites everyday completing a range of tasks throughout the entire building process.

• Be comfortable working with a variety of tools and equipment.

• Grow your skills across the board and learn best practices within our industry

• Problem solve onsite, providing necessary hands-on input to maintain schedules and quality.

• Perform skilled carpentry and other manual skills on site.

Qualifications:

• An inquisitive mind that is always searching for new and exciting solutions to problems.

• A positive outlook and attitude.

• Experience in construction with some sort of carpentry background.

• A degree or relevant qualification in construction management, architecture, or related field is preferred. However, vast hands-on experience can substitute for formal education.

• An appreciation of authenticity and integrity of enduring craftsmanship.
